What documents do I need to start hauling for STK Transportation?
You will need the following documents to haul freight for STK Transportation:
- A Federal or State Operating Authority (US DOT#, MC or ICC #)
- Proof of insurance (minimum of $100,000 cargo and $1,000,000 automobile liability) naming STK Transportation as a certificate holder
- A completed W-9 form
- Be in business for more than 6 months.
- Have a DOT Satisfactory Rating. STK will not work with Conditional Carriers.
- Completed online carrier onboarding / contract.

I am being asked for $100,000 in cargo and $1,000,000 in auto liability?
Federal law requires motor carriers to have a minimum of $25,000 cargo insurance and $750,000 automobile liability insurance. STK Transportation will only process carrier contracts with carriers who hold $100,000.00 in cargo and $1,000,000.00 in Auto Liability. This allows you the ability to avoid limitations to the freight available to you.

How do I book a load with STK Transportation?
STK offers two ways to find and book loads at any time of the day or night. STK Carrier Portal, our free web portal allows you to search and book loads from your desktop or mobile device. You may also call 404-220-9974 and select “Option 2” to connect with a live team member to assist you.
What is STK Carrier Dashboard?
As a valued STK Carrier, you are can sign up for a free STK Carrier Dashboard account, giving you access to live loads 7 days a week. With STK Carrier Dashboard, you can search and quote available loads, submit invoices, reduce check calls and more.
You have 2 ways you can submit check calls.
1. The most efficient way is to provide automated or manual check calls through your STK Carrier Dashboard.
2. Call your STK Operations contact at 404-220-9974. Their extension # can be found on the upper right-hand corner of your rate confirmation.
Who do I call if I have a problem / breakdown with a load?
If you driver experiences any issues with a load you are hauling you should contact your STK Operations team member immediately at 404-220-9974 Ext. 2. Please have your STK Pro # handy. Any one of our team members will be happy to assist right away 365/24/7.
What documents do I need to send to STK to process payment?
You should send the following documents to pod@stktransportation.com the day after your driver delivers his load. You can also upload these documents through your STK Carrier Dashboard. For training please call your operations contact.
• Signed bill of lading (BOL)
• Lumper receipts
• Copy of signed STK confirmation
• Plus, any other paperwork associated with the load
Please send your carrier invoices to ap@stktransportation.com once your accounting department has processed them on your end.
